All custom orders are final sale.  If you have a question or concern, please Contact Me and I’ll do what I can to make it right.

PLEASE SEE THE SIZING GUIDE BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE!

Items will be sized as ordered, from the tip of the clasp to the end of the woven chain.  An additional extension chain of 0.5″ for bracelets and 1.0″ for anklets will be added to the ordered size.  If the size is not as ordered, Contact Me and I’ll fix it at no charge.

Returns on non-customized items will be allowed up to 10 days after receiving the item.  Contact Me prior to returning any items.

Chainmaille is tough. It will easily survive day-to-day life, including showers and baths, and won’t be disturbed by the basics of living.  If it breaks, or a link comes undone, or a clasp breaks – Contact Me.  If it can be fixed and you can get it to me, I’ll fix it.  (Now, if you run it over with a truck or put it through a garburator…that sucks. If it was aluminum or copper, it probably sucks for your jewelry.  If it was steel or titanium and went through your garburator? Well…I hope your garburator still works! Tell me the story, and depending on how I feel that day, I might give you a good discount on a replacement
